• COMMIT to comply with all applicable legal and other requirements.
• ENSURE that all premises, workplaces and work systems are safe, not detrimental to health and avoid from human injury.
• PROVIDE basic facilities and equipment to enable the staff to perform their daily duties safely.
• ASCERTAIN that employees of LTKTSB / WSLSB are given sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision on how to work safely without any health risk to themselves and others.
